天降血栓通丸对糖尿病大鼠血管内皮功能影响

The Effect of Tianjiang Xueshuantong Pills on Vascular Endothelial Function of Diabetic Rats

目的研究天降血栓通丸对糖尿病大鼠血管内皮功能的影响。方法将60只wistar大鼠随机分为空白组(15只),造模组(45只),造模方法:高糖高脂饲料+链脲佐菌素尾静脉注射法,造模成功后随机分为模型组,天降血栓通丸组,盐酸吡格列酮组,予药物干预,并检测TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、oxLDL。结果天降血栓通丸组大鼠血清TG、LDL-C的含量降低,HDL-C的含量升高,oxLDL含量降低。结论天降血栓通丸可以改善糖尿病大鼠的脂质代谢,对血管内皮功能有较好的干预作用。

Objective To study the effects of Tianjiang Xueshuantong pills on vascular endothelial function of diabetic rats.Methods：60 wistar rats were divided randomly into control group（15 rats） and modeling group（45 rats）.The molding method is high fat and high sugar diet and tail vein injection with Streptozotocin.The modeling group was randomly divided into model group,Tianjiang Xueshuantong pill group and pioglitazone hydrochloride group.They were given drug intervention,and TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C and oxLDL were detected.Result：The levels serum of TG,LDL-C and oxLDL were markedly decreased in Tianjiang Xueshuantong pill group,and the levels serum of HDL-C was significantly increased in Tianjiang Xueshuantong pill group.Conclusion：Tianjiang Xueshuantong pills can improve the lipid metabolism of diabetic rats and have a good effect on the vascular endothelial function.
