清营汤加减对乙肝后肝硬化内毒素血症患者体内内毒素水平的影响

Influence of Modified Qingying Decoction on Endotoxin Level in Endotoxemia Patients with Cirrhosis of Liver after Hepatitis B

目的探讨清营汤加减对乙肝后肝硬化内毒素血症患者体内内毒素水平的影响。方法将2009年1月—2014年5月280例乙肝后肝硬化内毒素血症患者作为研究对象随机原则分组,各纳入140例。对照组采用常规西药进行治疗,清营汤组在对照组基础上给予清营汤加减治疗。比较两组乙肝后肝硬化内毒素血症治疗总有效率;不良反应发生率;干预前后患者体内内毒素水平、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素。干预前后患者症状积分、凝血酶原时间。结果清营汤组乙肝后肝硬化内毒素血症治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;两组患者均无严重不良反应发生,P>0.05;干预前两组体内内毒素水平、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素相近,P>0.05;干预后清营汤组体内内毒素水平、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素优于对照组,P<0.05。干预前两组症状积分、凝血酶原时间相近,P>0.05;干预后清营汤组症状积分、凝血酶原时间优于对照组,P<0.05。结论清营汤加减对乙肝后肝硬化内毒素血症患者效果确切,可有效降低体内内毒素水平,改善凝血功能和肝功能,无严重不良反应,安全性高,值得推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Qingying decoction on endotoxin level in endotoxemia patients with cirrhosis of liver after hepatitis B.Methods 280 cases of liver cirrhosis patients with endotoxemia from January 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 140 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine treatment.The Qingying decoction group was given Qingying decoction on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,the incidence of adverse reaction,endotoxin level before and after intervention,alanine aminotransferase,and total bilirubin in patients before and after intervention,symptom score,and blood coagulation prothrombin time between the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the Qingying decoction group was higher than that of the control group P〈0.05.Two groups of patients had no serious adverse reactions P〈0.05.Before the intervention,endotoxin level,alanine aminotransferase and total bilirubin between the two groups was similar P〈0.05.After intervention,body endotoxin level,alanine aminotransferase,total bilirubin of the Qingying decoction group was better than that of the control group P〈0.05.Before intervention,symptom score and prothrombin time of the two groups was similar P〈0.05.After the intervention,symptom scores and prothrombin time of the Qingying decoction group than was better than that of the control group P〈0.05.Conclusion Qingying decoction is effective in the treatment of endotoxemia after hepatitis B.It can effectively reduce the level of endotoxin in the body,improve the blood coagulation function and liver function,without serious adverse reactions,and has high safety,so it is worthy of popularization and application
