针灸配合中医药辨证施治神经性耳鸣的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Nervous Tinnitus Based on Syndrome Differentiation

目的观察针灸配合中医药辨证施治神经性耳鸣的临床效果。方法选择2016年5月—2017年5月我院收治的神经性耳鸣患者78例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组(39例)与对照组(39例),对照组实施常规治疗,研究组给予针灸配合中医药辨证施治,对比分析两组患者临床治疗有效率、耳鸣严重程度。结果研究组临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组,且耳鸣严重程度明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论给予神经性耳鸣患者针灸配合中医药辨证施治,临床疗效显著,同时还可改善耳鸣症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of nervous tinnitus based on syndrome differentiation.Methods From May 2016 to May 2017 in our hospital,78 cases of patients with neurogenic tinnitus were selected as the research objects.By using the random number table method,they were divided into research group（n = 39） and control group（n = 39）.The control group received regular treatment,and the research group was given acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on syndrome differentiation.The clinical effective rate and tinnitus severity of the two groups was compared.Results The clinical effective rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the severity of tinnitus of the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group P〈0.05.Conclusion The acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of nervous tinnitus based on syndrome differentiation has significant effect,can improve the symptoms of tinnitus,and is worthy of clinical application.
