对结肠癌患者实施中西医结合护理的临床分析

Analysis on Nursing of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Patients with Colon Cancer

目的分析对结肠癌患者实施中西医结合护理的临床效果。方法选取2015年10月—2016年10月于我院进行治疗的96例结肠癌患者作为观察的研究对象,按照护理方法的不同随机分为对照组与实验组各48例。对照组实施常规化疗护理干预,实验组在对照组的基础上实施中西医结合护理干预,对两组患者护理前后的住院时间进行比较,并采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)对比两组患者的焦虑情况。结果经过护理后,实验组患者的住院时间明显短于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者的轻度、中度以及重度焦虑程度比例明显低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对结肠癌患者采用中西医结合护理,能有效改善患者的抑郁程度和缩短住院时间,临床护理效果显著,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on patients with colon cancer.Methods From October 2015 to October 2016,96 cases of colon cancer patients were selected as the research objects in our hospital.According to the different nursing methods,they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine chemotherapy nursing the intervention,and the experimental group was given nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on the basis of the control group.The hospitalization time of two groups before and after nursing was compared.The anxiety was compared by using the self rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）.Results After nursing,the hospitalization time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The mild,moderate and severe degree of anxiety of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on patients with colon cancer can effectively improve the degree of depression and shorten the hospitalization time,and has significantly clinical nursing effect and higher application value.
