摘要
目的:研究麸煨木香是否对伊立替康的腹泻具有缓解作用。方法:以伊立替康复制小鼠腹泻模型,以木香生品、木香麸煨品水煎剂对小鼠进行灌胃,测定腹泻指数。结果:木香麸煨品的腹泻指数最小,且与模型组具有显著差异。结论:麸煨木香对伊立替康腹泻有缓解作用。
Objective： The aim was to research if bran-roasted costustoot can relieve diarrhea caused by irinotecan. Method： the model of delayed-coset diarrhea caused by irinotecan for mice. Then, the costustoot decoction of raw and bran simmer were given to mice ig, and measured the diarrhea index. Result： the diarrhea index of the bran-roasted costustoot group is smallest, and has significant difference with the model group. Conclusion： The bran-roasted costustoot can relieve delayed-coset diarrhea caused by irinotecan.
