摘要
本文通过对内部含有缺陷的ZG20Cr13材料元素检测、金相显微组织、硬度、能谱、拉伸力学性能等分析,借助扫描电镜的结果判断出由于材料内部的疏散缺陷导致材料在使用过程中强度不足而导致断裂,并且材料的拉伸力学性能实验证明了其最大抗拉强度和屈服强度比标准的要低。
Material ZG20Crl3 containing internal defects was analyzed by element analysis, metallographic structure, hardness, energy spectrum analysis, tensile mechanical properties. The defects inside materials lead to fracture by using scanning electron microscopy. The tensile mechanical properties of materials to prove its the maximum tensile strength and yield strength is lower than the standard.
