摘要
建立了气质联用内标法和电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测试汽油中的锰含量,并同时与原子吸收光谱法进行比较。结果发现,气质联用法能满足日常检测需求,结果准确可靠,精密度高,且与原子吸收光谱法比对结果一致性良好。电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法虽然测试精密度较高,但准确性相对较差。
Methods for determination of manganese content in gasoline by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer (GC-MS) and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES) were developed and both of the method were compared with atomic absorption spectroscopy. The results showed GC-MS could meet the determination need in routine analysis with reliable results and high precision, and had a good consistency with atomic absorption spectroscopy in testing results. The method of ICP-OES showed high precision but relative poor accurate results.
