In this paper, the typical exercises of flavonoids in natural medicine chemistry courses are used as structural examples to illustrate how to use organic spectroscopy to deduce the structure of flavonoids. The purpose is to improve the physicochemical properties, color reaction and master the spectrum characteristics of natural medicine chemical composition, so as to improve students＇ ability to analyze and solve natural drug structure research.
