摘要
以天然药物化学课程中黄酮类化合物这一章典型习题作为结构研究实例,阐述如何利用有机波谱分析推断黄酮类化合物的结构,目的加深学生对天然药物化学成分理化性质、颜色反应以及谱学特征的掌握,从而提高学生分析和解决天然药物化学成分结构鉴定的能力。
In this paper, the typical exercises of flavonoids in natural medicine chemistry courses are used as structural examples to illustrate how to use organic spectroscopy to deduce the structure of flavonoids. The purpose is to improve the physicochemical properties, color reaction and master the spectrum characteristics of natural medicine chemical composition, so as to improve students' ability to analyze and solve natural drug structure research.
