钼掺杂二硫化铁复合纳米材料的合成及其电容性能研究

摘要 本论文用水热法成功制备了Mo掺杂FeS_2纳米复合材料,通过不同的反应物配比制备出不同性能的Mo掺杂FeS_2。电化学测试结果表明水热反应温度为160℃反应时间为24h下,当FeSO_4·7H_2O和NaMoO_4·4H_2O的摩尔比为10:3时,Mo掺杂FeS_2电化学性能较好,比容量最大为542.5Fg^(-1),高于单一的FeS_2(322.14Fg^(-1))。 This paper successfully prepared dift)erent Mo doped FeS2 composite nanomaterials with different reactant ratio. Electrochemical testing results showed that the water thermal response under temperature of 160 ℃ for 24 I1, and FeSO4-7H20 and NaMoO4.4H·O now for the molar ratio of 10:3, Mo doping FeS2 electrochemical per/brmance is better, given the maximum is 542.5 g F-1, higher than that of single FeS2 (322.14 g F-1).
