摘要
建立了磺基水杨酸分光光度法测定微量铁的改进方法,显色剂磺基水杨酸(10%)的用量为3.0 mL,显色时间为10 min,用1 cm比色皿在波长为461 nm处测定铁溶液的浓度(含量)。Fe^(3+)的浓度在16~48μg/m L的范围内与吸光度存在良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9949,测定结果准确度较高,同时在实验教学中也取得了良好的实验效果。
Sulfosalicylic acid spectrophotometry was established to improve the method for determination of trace iron(Ill). The dosage of the colorant sultbsalicylic acid (10 %) is 3.0 mL, the coloring time 10 min and the wavelength 461 nm. In these experimental conditions, the concentration or content of a serious of Fe3+ solution was measured with cuvette (1 cm). When the concentration of Fe3+ in the range of 16-48 μg/mL, there is a good linear relationship of absorbance, correlation coefficient r = 0.9949, the accuracy of determination results is higher. At the same time, a good experimental result has obtained in the experiment teaching.
