水稻黄单胞菌生物抑制剂的发酵及条件优化

摘要 本研究通过分析不同的培养基条件下海绵放线菌对水稻黄单胞菌的抑菌效果,以获取最优的发酵培养基配方。研究发现7种培养基中,ISP2培养基是最优的海绵放线菌的发酵培养基,添加不同种类和浓度的附加碳源和氯化钠对发酵液的抑菌效果没有明显的改善。由实验结果可知,添加15 g/L硫酸铵的ISP2培养基是用于产活性物质抑水稻黄单胞菌生长的海绵放线菌发酵培养的最佳配方。 In this study, the inhibition effect of sponge actinomycetes to Xanthomonas oryzae under different medium conditions were analyzed in order to obtain the best formula for fermentation medium. It was lbund that ISP2 medium was the best medium for the frmentation of Sponge actinomycetes in 7 kinds of mediums. What's more, the effect of additional carbon sources and sodium chloride on fermentation was not significantly improved. The results showed that the ISP2 medium with t 5 g/L ammonium sulfate as additional nitrogen sources was the best medium for the bacteriostat effect of sponge actinomycetes fermentation products on Xanthomonas oryzae.
