摘要 以PE接枝马来酸酐、LLDPE、HIPS、POE-g-AA为原料,通过双螺杆共混改性挤出得到一种具有低熔点、低维卡软化点的钢塑复合管用热熔胶,该热熔胶特别适用于中频或低频加热复合设备工艺。研究结果表明,热熔胶中加入POE-g-AA能有效降低热熔胶熔点和维卡软化点,能使热熔胶在较低复合温度下形成稳定可靠粘接复合,给生产企业带来可观的能效效益。同时,加入POE-g-AA的热熔胶在长时间泡水和高低温环境下表现出优异的耐老化性能,延长了钢塑复合管的使用寿命。 The adhesive resin was blending modification with PE grafted maleic anhydride, LLDPE, HIPS and POE-g-AA which had low melting point and low softening point. The adhesive resin was especially suitable for the compound equipment technology of medium frequency or low frequency heating. The research results showed that the addition of POE-g-AA in the adhesive resin can effectively reduce the melting point and the softening point of the adhesive resin, which can form a stable and reliable bonding composite at lower composite temperature. Meanwhile, it showed excellent aging resistance to prolong the service life of the steel-plastic composite pipe.
