纳米碳酸钙常温湿法活化复合改性剂研究

摘要 纳米碳酸钙常温湿法活化工艺相对于传统的升温活化工艺,能显著降低活化的能耗成本,减少设备投入,又能拓宽纳米碳酸钙的应用领域。但要达到理想的活化效果,重点在于复合改性剂的选用。本文研究了"无水乙醇-硬酯酸-聚丙烯酰胺"复合改性剂在常温条件下对纳米碳酸钙的湿法改性,并对改性前后的粉体材料通过红外光谱、吸油值、活化指数进行了表征和分析,考察了改性剂用量对纳米碳酸钙粉体改性效果的影响,发现这种复合改性剂能完全满足常温湿法改性工艺,并达到理想的活化效果。 Comparing with traditional methods of warming activation process, the wet activation to nano calcium carbonate at room temperature have the advantages of lower energy consumption and equipment cost, wider application. The key point to obtain the optimal effect of activation is just designing the suitable composite surfactants. The composite surfactants of ethanol-stearic acid-polyacrylamide were prepared and used for activating nano calcium carbonate by wet process at room temperature condition. The infrared spectroscopy, oil absorption and activation index of the samples before and after activation were characterized. The influence of composite surfactants dosage on activation was discussed. It has been found that the activation of nano calcium carbonate by the designed composite surfactants with wet process at room temperature achieved the desired effect.
