汤料包生产过程中的分析及研究

摘要 与方便食品配套的酱料包、粉料包、油料包和菜料包的统称为汤料包,在汤料包的生产过程中会遇到很多问题,需要及时地处理和解决。汤料包的生产就是各种原辅材料的复配,从而实现多种味道的增补和协调的过程;严格控制粉状汤料生产过程中的温湿度、降低原辅材料的水分并选用气密性能较好的包装膜就能够很好的解决粉料包结团和风味不足的问题;而彻底解决油酱料包的漏油和微生物污染问题,就需要选用阻油性能好的包装膜,使用新型消毒杀菌技术设备,强化汤料包装的封口质量,并加强仓储和运输过程的管理。 The soup bags, which have been used with convenient food include sauce, powder bags, oil bags and vegetable bags. There may be many problems in product process, and these problems should be solved in a timely manner. The production of soup bags is the complex of various original auxiliary materials. To solve these problems, strictly controlling the temperature and humidity in the process of soup bags are needed. Reducing the moisture of the raw auxiliary materials and select good airtight packaging film materials are tile good method to solve these problems. And to solve the oil spilling out from the soup bags and to eliminate pollution problem, choosing a kind of oil resistance packing film is needed. In the process of the soup bags, using the new disinfection sterilization equipment, strengthen the soup the packing sealing quality, and strengthen the management of storage and transportation are necessary.
