摘要
本文以聚乙烯醇(PVA)和羧甲基纤维素钠(Na-CMC)为实验原材料,以无水乙醇,丙酮,水为溶剂,制备PVA/Na-CMC共混薄膜。通过X-射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热(DSC)、交联速率测试对样品进行表征。对聚乙烯醇薄膜和聚乙烯醇与羧甲基纤维素钠共混后所得薄膜的氢键相容性、结晶性能、交联速率比等性能进行了研究。
In this paper, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and carboxymethyl cellulose sodium (CMC) as the raw materials to ethanol, then the viscous solution is introduced into the evaporating dish booth Pingcheng film. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fu Liye transform infrared spectroscopy (FT- IR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and cross - linking rate test. ls obtained that the hydrogen bond ofpolyvinyl alcohol film and polyvinyt alcohol and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose blend films obtained compatibility, crystallization property and crosslinking rate than the study of performance were studied.
