场发射显示器中的电子光学系统虚拟仿真实验

摘要 对场致发射显示器件(FED)中电子光学系统的仿真实验提出了一套完整的设计方案。利用计算机模拟软件EBS对FED电子光学系统进行建模,实现了对极间各处电位分布、电场强度大小、电子束轨迹、阳极束斑尺寸的模拟,并以直观的形式对模拟结果做出了展示。学生通过该仿真实验可深刻理解FED结构、工作原理及场发射现象的基础知识。该仿真模型也可用于其他场发射器件。 A simulation program of electronic optical system of field emission display(FED) is designed in this paper, the design is modeled by computer simulation software called EBS. The simulations of electric field distribution, electric field strength, electron beam trajectory and anode beam spot size are realized, and the simulation results are displayed in an intuitive way. Through the simulation experiments, students can deeply understand the structure and working principle of FED, as well as field emission phenomenon. The simulation model can also be used for other field emission devices.
