摘要
传统创新基地通常按单一学科布局,创新成果多为"竞赛导向、一次创新",不利于高素质创新人才培养,难以形成可持续发展的培养能力和机制。针对这一问题,瞄准大学生创新能力和工程素养培养,创新提出了跨学科、主题式创新实践基地的建设模式和创新能力培养新思路。以国防科技大学跨学科"主题式"无人系统大学生创新实践基地为例,系统总结了跨学科"主题式"大学生创新基地的建设与运行情况,深入分析了跨学科"主题式"大学生创新实践基地的建设思路、成效和启示,通过开展团队化、主题式创新实践活动,实现了学员创新活动由"一次创新、个人创新"向"持续创新、团队创新"转变,极大提高了学员的创新能力和工程素养,取得明显的基地建设和人才培养成效。
Traditional creative bases are usually established on single discipline, and the innovation activity is mostly carried out for competition in a disposable way, these measures are not good for the continued cultivation of creative talents and the sustainable development of cultivation mechanisms. To solve this problem, targeting at the cultivation of college students' creative ability and engineering quality, a new strategy for cultivation of creativity and a new pattern of establishing Interdisciplinary Theme Innovation Base (ITIB) are proposed. Taking the unmanned system ITIB of National University of Defense Technology (NUDT) as a case, the construction and operation of ITIB is systemically summarized, and the construction strategy, operational effectiveness and inspiration of ITIB are also analyzed in-depth. Through carrying out group organized thematic creative activity, the student innovation activities have transformed from "once innovation, and personal innovation" into "continued innovation, and team innovation", the innovation ability and engineering literacy of students have been greatly improved, and significant innovation base and excellent creative talents cultivation results are achieved.
