Construction and Practice of Laboratory Research Service Platform

实验室科研服务平台建设是一项复杂的系统性工作,湿润亚热带生态-地理过程教育部重点实验室为提高平台运行效率,结合实验室管理实践,对实验室人、财、物等方面的管理进行了梳理,建立与完善大型仪器管理机制,加强实验队伍建设与管理,建立运行经费长效机制,扩大实验室开放传播科普知识等。并针对平台运行管理制度欠完善、技术人员工作量大、缺乏有效的激励机制、运行经费日益增加等问题,提出解放思想、学习和借鉴优秀平台管理经验,建立实验技术队伍激励机制,开源节流等对策,探索建设"开放、流动、联合、竞争"的高效、有特色的平台来服务科研。

The construction of laboratory research service platform is a complicated and systematic work. With the practice research on Key Laboratory of Humid Snbtropical Eco-geographical Process, Ministry of Education, the personal, finance and material management of the laboratory were summarized. We established and perfected the management mechanism of large-scale instruments, including the unified centralized management platform, large equipment reservation management, centralized procurement management, the person （Group） responsibility for large- scale instruments, the construction and management of laboratory team; a long-term mechanism establishment for expanding the operating funds; communication of science knowledge. The solutions were put forward to emancipate the mind, learn from the excellent platform management experience, establish experimental technical team incentive mechanism, optimize of experimental resources, and establish and improve the quality of supervision and evaluation mechanism. We are exploring actively the construction of ＂ open, flow, joint and competition＂ platform to serve science research.
