摘要
高校实验室管理人员绩效测评工作一直是高校人力资源管理的薄弱环节,直接影响了高校实验室管理人员的个人发展和管理水平的提高。针对高校实验室管理人员绩效测评的现状,分析了高校实验室管理人员绩效考核中存在的问题;在绩效相关因素分析的基础上,从绩效考核的多个维度(包括岗位适应性、工作态度、工作过程、工作成效、廉洁与安全)构建了高校实验室管理人员绩效评价体系,指出了利用绩效雷达图进行评价的思路和评价步骤,为高校实验室管理人员绩效评价提供了新的途径。
Compared with the performance appraisal of university teaching staff, the performance appraisal of university' s laboratory management staff has been a weak sector in university' s human resource management, and impacts the improvement of the personal development and management level. Based on the present situation of the performance appraisal, the existing problems are firstly analyzed. Secondly, according to analysis on the influence factors related to performance, the performance appraisal system of the staff is built from many dimensions which include the job adaptability, work attitude, work process, work achievement and source of honesty. The evaluation thought and evaluation procedure are given by radar chart. The research results give a new way to make performance measure of university's laboratory management staff.
