摘要
用脑内电刺激方法,观察电刺激猫丘脑后核对血压、瞬膜活动的影响。看到丘脑后核兴奋时,血压明显升高、瞬膜收缩。丘脑后核兴奋所引起的这种痛反应可被吗啡所抑制,对血压反应抑制程度较小,这可能是由于刺激丘脑后核引起的血压升高不仅包括痛反应成份,还可能参与心血管活动的调节作用。本文就丘脑后核在痛觉中的重要作用做了分析与讨论。
Electrical stimulation of posterior nucleus group of thalamus in 16 catsraised blood pressure and contraction of nictitating membrane. Eight of the16 cats were administrated by morphene, 5 of them showed decrease of respon-ses of blood pressure and contraction of nictitating membrane, 3 of themonly decreased amplitude of nictitating membrane contraction. The resultsof the test indicated that stimulation of posterior nucleus group of thalamusproduce pain response. and the pain responses elicited by stimulation PO wereinhibited by morphene.
