摘要 在卷烟的生产过程中,烟梗比例直接决定了卷烟的品质。此种背景下对烟叶材料的烟梗分析检测成了一种必然。在实际的检测过程中往往采用人工估算或者透光网格的方式来进行确定,此种模式不仅效率较低,同时会产生极大的误差。基于上述背景,本文采用高功率红外线作为透射光源,以高清连续摄录机为图像获取平台,采用灰度算法为核心程序对烟梗面积进行自动化测算系统的开发与实现。希望通过本文的研究能够系统介绍此种方法,并对其实验中所展现的指标与特征进行分析,为后续的实际应用提供必要指导。 In the process of cigarette production, the proportion of tobacco stalks directly determines the quality of cigarettes. So the analysis and detection of tobacco leaf material is a necessity. In the actual testing process, the method of artificial estimation or transmission grid is often used to determine, which is not only inefficient, but also produces a great error. Based on the above analysis, this paper adopts high power infrared light as the transmission light source, HD continuous video cameras for image acquisition platform, and the grayscale algorithm as the core program to automatically test the area of tobacco stalks. It is hoped that this method can be systematically introduced in this paper, and the indexes and characteristics of the experiment will be analyzed, which will provide the necessary guidance for the subsequent practical application.
