分析了2017年7月蒙江流域发生的暴雨雨情和由此引发的流域性洪水水情。洪水造成蒙江主要控制站太平水文站发生了50年一遇的特大洪水。论述了用"预测—预警—预报"水情分析模式,及时分析和发布水情信息的过程和方法,为地方政府防洪指挥决策提供参考依据。

Analysis was made on the rainstorm and flood occurred in Mengjiang River basin in July of 2017, which led to an extraordinary flood of once in 50 years at Taiping Hydrological Station, one of the major control stations on Mengjiang River. The author discussed the process and method of timely analyzing and releasing water regime information with the analysis mode of prediction-warning-forecast. The information is necessary for local government in flood control command and decision-making.
