摘要 介绍了"互联网+水文"模式下构建的百色水文信息化系统的组成和功能。论述了该系统在水文监测、预报工作上打造出来的"自动监测为主、人工监测为辅,计算机预警预报为主、人工经验预报为辅"的水文工作新模式。该系统为水情信息的快速传输、水情预报及时准确的发布、上下游水利工程的协调调度及区域水资源的合理利用提供了强有力的科技支撑。 An introduction was made on the composition and function of hydrological information system of Baise City which is constructed under internet+ hydrology mode, based on which the author presented the new work mode of hydrological monitoring and prediction, i.e. automatic monitoring and computer prediction is the main mode while artificial monitoring and prediction is the auxiliary mode. This system has provided strong technical support for quick transfer, accurate prediction and timely releasing of regimen information, coordinate regulating of upstream and downstream hydraulic projects, rational utilization of regional water resources.
