柔巾湿巾用水刺非织造布性能的测试及分析 被引量:4

摘要 测试了柔巾湿巾用水刺非织造布材料的性能和特点,分析比较了不同克质量试样的纤网结构、厚度、面密度、透气性、透湿性、力学性能、断裂强力、断裂伸长率、顶破强度、耐磨性、尺寸稳定性、硬挺度等,实验发现水刺非织造布材料的断裂强力、断裂伸长率、透气性、透湿性、顶破强度、耐磨性、尺寸稳定性、硬挺度等均与克质量和厚度有一定关系,得出水刺非织造布具有独特的性能,适合开发各类功能性产品,在纺织工业上有广泛的应用。 The properties and characteristics of spunlaced nonwovens for soft towel and wet wipes are tested. The fiber web structure,thickness,surface density,gas permeability,moisture permeability,mechanical properties,breaking strength,elongation at break,bursting strength,wear resistance,dimensional stability,stiffness and so on of the samples with different gram mass were analyzed and compared. It is found that the breaking strength,elongation at break,gas permeability,moisture permeability,bursting strength,wear resistance,dimensional stability,stiffness and so on of the spunlaced nonwoven fabric are related to the gram mass and thickness. It is concluded that the spunlaced nonwovens have unique properties and are suitable for the development of various functional products and are widely used in the textile industry.
