PBT装置设备冷却的改造

Improvement of equipment cooling in PBT plant

装置对界区内脱盐水系统进行了改造,内容包括:新增装置脱盐水回收循环系统,将关键动设备的冷却水由循环水改为脱盐水;该技改实施后,装置内脱盐水压力更为稳定,关键设备的冷却效果明显提升,未再出现温度高报警。

The desalted water system inside battery limit of the plant has been modified. It is including： the newly added plant desalted water recycling system,the cooling water of the key moving equipment is changed from the circulating water to desalted water. After the implementation of the technical transformation,the desalted water pressure in the plant is more stable,the cooling effect of the key equipment is improved significantly. There is no higher temperature alarm.
