原油上油在涤纶FDY生产中的应用探讨

Study on the application of crude oil oiling to the production of polyester FDY

讨论原油上油代替乳液上油在FDY纺丝生产中的应用,摸索优化原油上油工艺条件及影响因素,以改善FDY纺丝生产状况及染色均匀性。实验结果表明:采用原油直接上油,热辊温度可以适当降低,GR1温度由92℃降低至80℃,所制成FDY染色均匀性、丝饼外观成形均有所改善,且生产过程中卷绕用电量节省20%,节约纯水30 t/d,车间环境明显改善。

The application of crude oil oiling instead of emulsion oiling in FDY spinning production was discussed.The process conditions and influence factors of crude oil oiling were optimized to improve the FDY spinning production condition and dyeing evenness. The experimental results show that by using crude oil oiling,the temperature of the hot roll can be reduced,the temperature of GR1 was reduced from 92 ℃ to 80 ℃. The FDY dyeing evenness and the appearance of the silk cake were improved,and 20% of winding electricity consumption was saved in the production process,30 t pure water was saved in a day,the environment of the workshop was improved significantly.
