摘要
通过深入研究某型机外场使用过程中的液压阻尼器漏油问题,经理论分析找出其失效机理,提出优化改进措施,并对优化改进后的液压阻尼器进行耐久性试验,试验结果良好。优化措施能成功解决液压阻尼器漏油、油液污染等相关问题,可为后续其他液压阻尼器或者其他液压密封结构的设计提供良好的借鉴。
Based on the oil leakage of hydraulic damper in the rotor system of helicopter,this paper built a theoretical analysis model to find out the failure mechanism,and proposed some optimization measures that be proved effectively by an endurance test. The optimization measures could successfully solve the problem of oil leakage and oil pollution of the hydraulic damper,which could provide a good reference for other hydraulic damper or other hydraulic seal structure design in the future
