“十三五”时期我国职教集团发展战略研究

Research on the Development Strategies of Vocational Education Group in China during the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan

作为现代职教发展的一种办学模式创新,职教集团为职业教育注入了新活力,开拓了思路。随着国家政策的推动,职教集团数量和规模迅速扩张。"十三五"时期,我国经济发展步入新常态,职业教育改革发展进入深水区,国家对职教集团发展提出更高要求,这为职教集团发展带来了前所未有的发展机遇和挑战。当前我国职教集团科学规划缺乏、成员结构松散、运行效能低等问题成为职教集团发展的障碍。为破解发展瓶颈,职教集团应实施内涵化、特色化、示范化、国际化和信息化发展战略。

As a school-running pattern innovation of modem vocational education development, educational groups transfuse vitality and widen mentality for vocational education. The number and scale of vocational education groups expand rapidly with the promotion of national policy. During the ＂thirteenth five-year plan＂ period, the national economic development has entered the new normal, higher requirements are proposed for vocational education groups, and this brings unprecedented development opportunity and challenge. At present the problems such as lacking of scientific planning, loosing of group structure and low efficiency of education group running are the barriers of vocational education group development. Vocational education group should implement the development strategy of connotation, characteristic, demonstration, internationalization and information to crack development bottleneck.
