摘要
以"有效教学"作为理论指导,从理论层面的树立正确的教师观、学生观与教学观,再到实际操作层面的了解学生的预学水平、课题分解、多元评价及反思策略等方面,探讨"以学定教"的教学策略。结合典型案例的分析,并就案例的不足来调整和改进今后的教学,以期在不断精益求精的思想基础上提高教学的有效性。
With the theoretical guidance of effective teaching, it establishes the correct views on teachers, students and teaching from the theoretical level; it understands students' pre-leaming level, task decomposition, and pluralistic evaluation and reflection strategy from the actual operation level. Combined with the analysis of typical cases, it adjusts and improves the future teaching in terms of insufficient cases in order to promote the teaching effectiveness.
