miRNAs在炎症性肠病中的研究进展

Progress of the role of miRNAs in inflammatory bowel disease

微小RNAs(microRNAs,miRNAs)是一种非编码小分子单RNA分子,通过与其对应的mRNA完全或部分结合,在转录后水平调控基因的表达。近年来,越来越多的研究显示,miRNAs与炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)的发生、发展密切相关。本文就miRNAs与自身免疫疾病、炎症的关系作一概述,并着重阐述miRNAs参与调控IBD作用机制及临床应用前景。

MiRNAs are small non-coding single-stranded RNAs, which regulate gene expression at posttranscriptional level through completely or partially binding to mRNA targets. Recently, an increasing number of researches have revealed that miRNAs participate in the development of inflammatory bowel disease （IBD）. In this review, the relationship of miRNAs with autoimmune disease, and inflammation were elaborated. The regulating mechanism and potential clinical application of miRNAs in IBD was highlighted.
