不同类型压缩空气泡沫灭隧道油池火性能比较 被引量:8

摘要 通过模拟隧道油池火灭火实验,研究自主研发的隧道用A类泡沫灭火剂和AFFF泡沫灭火剂对4.65 m^2汽油池火的灭火性能,分析灭火机理。结果表明,在供给强度为5 L/(min?m^2)、气液比14/1条件下,压缩空气泡沫系统结合A类泡沫灭火剂或AFFF泡沫灭火剂的灭火时间均不超过30 s,泡沫稳定,不发生复燃。压缩空气AFFF泡沫的控灭火时间比压缩空气A类泡沫少30%,但压缩空气A类泡沫稳定性更好,其25%析液时间约是压缩空气AFFF泡沫的1.5倍。压缩空气AFFF泡沫兼具泡沫和水膜双重灭火作用,而压缩空气A类泡沫仅依靠泡沫灭火;不同类型压缩空气泡沫对于隧道内高温烟气层扰动都很小,不影响人员疏散。 Comparative gasoline pool fire tests were conducted based on a tunnel model to sludy the fire suppression performance of compressed air foam system with self--made foam fire exlin guishing agent and AFFF on 4.65 mz pool fires. The exlinguishing mechanism of different types of compressed air foam was analyzed. The results indicated that the compressed air foam system used in conjunction with class A foam or AFFF foam extinguishing agents can put out the pool fire less than 30 s under the conditions that the foam solution foam application rate is 5 L/(min. m~) and the air-iq- uid ratio is 14/1, and the gasoline pool fire will not reignite be- cause the foam is very stable. It is found that the fire control and ex- tinguishing time of AFFF compressed air foam are 30% less than the time of class A compressed air foam, but the 25% drainage time of AFFF compressed air foam is about 1.5 times that of class A compressed air foam. The results showed that the AFFF foam has both foam and water film extinguishing action, while the class A foam extinguish a gasoline pool fire only depends on foam action. The compressed air foams with different kinds of agents have littledisturbance to the hot smoke layer in the tunnel. Therefore, com- pressed air foam does not affect evacuation.
