摘要 为定量研究锂电池热失控危险性并为其批量运输时荷电状态的选择提供理论指导,自主设计并搭建气体释放特性试验平台,研究不同荷电状态及温升速率对锂电池热解气体释放特性的影响。结果表明:温升速率一定时,热解气释放量随荷电状态增加单调递增,并存在线性关系;荷电状态一定时,热解气释放量随温升速率升高而增加;锂电池热失控产生的热解气体主要为H_2、CO、C_xH_y,不同荷电状态对锂电池热解气体各组分影响不大,对各组分含量影响较大。 In order to study the risk of Lithium ion battery thermal runaway, and provide theoretical guidance for the selection ot charged states during the mass transportation, a gas release charac- teristics test platformwas self-designed and built, to investigate the effects of different charge states and temperature rise rates on the pyrolysis of Lithium batteries. The results showed that, when the temperature rise rate is constant, the release amount of the hot gas increases monotonically with the increase of the charge state,and there is a linear relationship; when the state of charge is con- stant, the amount of pyrolysis gas increases with the temperature rising rate; pyrolysis gasgenerated by the thermal runaway is main- ly H2,CO,C2H2; different charge states have little effect on the components of pyrolysis gas, and have a great influence on the con- tent of each component.
