摘要
为了解决油罐火灾扑救中存在的热伤害问题,搭建以热辐射通量为测量参数的战斗服测试试验平台,对常用战斗服的整体热防护性能进行研究。通过测试得到战斗服的安全临界热通量为12.029 kW/m^2,该参数可作为判断火场上消防员是否安全的判据。在此基础上,通过数值模拟可以得出,3×10~4m^3汽油罐全液面火灾扑救中,消防员穿着战斗服时在地面高度上的安全作战区域为距罐壁8.2 m以内和51.0 m以外的区域。
To address the problem of thermal damage in the tank fire fighting, a bunker clothing test platform was introduced, which uses thermal radiation flux as the measurement parameter, to in- vestigate the overall thermal protective performance of common bunker clothing. The test finds that the safe critical thermal flux for the bunker clothing is 12.029 kW/m2. This parameter can be used as a criterion for determining whether a fireman is safe on the fire ground. Based on the test result, simulation showed that in the fighting of a 3×10^4 m^3 gasoline tank full-surface fire, the ground- level safe operating area for a fireman wearing bunker clothing is the interior 8.2 m and exterior 51.0 m from the tank wall.
