摘要
结合国内耐火电缆以及耐火材料的现状,以耐火性能要求更高的英国标准对各类型耐火电缆进行试验,研究各类耐火电缆在英国耐火电缆试验方法中的耐火性能。仅缠绕云母带、不含任何防水材料的耐火电缆很难通过BS 6387-2012的W试验。云母带绕包两层及以上的耐火电缆大多能够通过BS 6387-2012的C试验。BS 8491-2008对耐火电缆抗物理冲击强度和抗喷水强度的要求较高,耐火电缆需要有一层耐冲击结构。
Accord to the development of fire-resistance cable and fire-resistance material in China, using British standard test meth ods for fire resistance characteristics tests of cables, the fire-rests tance performance of cables which have different materials was re- searched. The cables with mica but no water resistance materials can hardly pass the W test of BS 6387--2012. Cables with 2 layers and more mica can pass the C test of BS 6387-2012. BS 8491- 2008 has high requirement on the physical shock resistance strength and water spray resistance strength, which needs the ca bles have a Iayer of shock resistance structure.
