摘要
介绍一起地铁盾构机较大亡人燃爆事故的调查,分析盾构机的构造、原理、工艺和风险因素,根据证人证言和现场勘验中发现的烟熏、炭化、变色、冲击等多种痕迹,运用分析、推理、排除等方法,认定事故燃爆原因为静电火花引燃火灾,从技术和管理两方面对类似事故的防范提出整改措施及建议。
This paper introduced the investigation on a subway shield machine blast accident with high casualties, and made full analysis of thestructure of the shield machine and the working win ciple, process and the risk factors. According to the witness testi mony and traces of smoke, carbonization, discoloration, impact found during on-site inspection, using analysis, reasoning, exclu sion and other methods, identified the cause of the explosion as static spark igniting the fire, and from technical and management aspects put forward suggestions on similar accident prevention.
