Research on the new pattern of labor union management service in the "Internet plus" era

通过工会工作特点及"互联网+"时代特点分析,从统筹规划、信息共享、服务转型、队伍建设等方面提出了"互联网+"时代工会管理服务新模式,并以H省C市总工会统筹规划实施"互联网+"工会信息化及移动应用推广为例,展现了"互联网+"工会管理服务模式转型成果。

By analyzing the characteristics of labor union work and ＂Internet plus＂ era, this paper puts forward the new pattern of labor union management service from such aspects as overall planning, information sharing, service transformation and team building. Taking the General Union of C City in H Province as an example, a new pattern of labor union management service is introduced, which implements ＂Intemet plus＂ labor union informatization and mobile application promotion.
