客服社会实践基地提升高职学生语言文字应用能力的研究与实践——以YD学院客服社会实践基地为例

Research and practice on promotion of higher vocational students' language application ability in customer service social practice base——Taking social practice base of YD College as an example

高职院校是高等教育中的重要一环。随着就业市场的日趋饱和、竞争压力日益增大,企业对于高职院校毕业生的职业能力及素质提出了更高要求。如何提升高职大学生语言文字应用能力,成为当前高职院校教育工作者须思考乃至亟待解决的问题。文章以YD学院校企合作实践基地为例,探索提升高职学生语言文字应用能力的新途径,进而为相关理论研究及实践提供一定的借鉴。

Higher vocational college is an important part of higher education. With the increasingly saturated employment market and increasing competition pressure, enterprises have higher demands to the higher vocational college graduates for their professional ability and quality. And how to improve the language application ability of higher vocational college students has become the problem that the educators of higher vocational colleges should consider and even solve. In this paper, the employment practice base of YD College is taken as an example to explore the new ways to improve the language application ability of the higher vocational students, and hoping to provide some reference for the relevant theoretical research and practice.
