In the era of big data, the amount of information needed to be analyzed and processed by computers is more and more. The importance of quick and efficient use of Excel databases is increasing day by day. Through two examples, this paper briefly introduces the practical skills of Excel 2016 in data entry and editing, standardized paper production, automatic scoring, and statistics of test results.
