新生代农民工学徒制,即具有一定知识基础、专业技术的农民工在学校和企业完成理论学习、技能学习并在考核合格后获得学历认证、职业资格认证的技术型人才培养模式。文章论述了新生代农民工继续教育与学徒制融合的必要性,探讨了提升企业及农民工参与学徒制积极性的举措与方法,探索了新生代农民工继续教育和职业教育的新形式。

New generation of migrant worker apprenticeship refers to the training mode for technical talents in which migrant workers with a certain degree of knowledge and professional techniques complete theoretical and technical study in school and enterprise and then are awarded with education certificate and vocational qualification certificate after passing the relevant assessment. This, paper expounds the necessity of combining the continuing education with the apprenticeship, probes the measures to promote the enthusiasm of the migrant workers to participate in the apprenticeship, and explores new forms of continuing education and vocational education for the migrant workers.
