盐城市盐都区322名围绝经妇女症状和保健行为调查

Survey on symptoms and health care behavior among 322 postmenopausal women,Yandu district,Yancheng city

目的了解围绝经妇女有关绝经前后症状及影响因素,为围绝经妇女健康水平的提高提供参考依据。方法用随机抽样的方法,以问卷形式调查盐城市盐都区322名40~60岁妇女。结果平均绝经年龄为(47.14±4.07)岁,出现围绝经症状者217例,发生率为67.39%,其中较重度的如睡眠障碍占11.49%,心悸、记忆力下降、抑郁等占19.57%。65.84%的妇女知道有关的围绝经保健知识,在有症状的妇女中,仅有39.44%的人去医院就医;采用雌激素替代疗法后围绝经期妇女有关绝经前后症状明显减轻。结论围绝经期妇女临床症状发生率为67.39%,主要有月经紊乱、潮热出汗、烦躁等。

Objective To understand the postmenopausal symptoms and the influencing factors of premenopausal women,so as to provide the basis for the improvement of the health of postmenopausal women. Methods The random sampling method was used to investigate 322 women aged 40-60 in the form of questionnaires. Results The average age of menopause was （47.14±4. 07） ,with 217 cases of postmenopausal symptoms,with a rate of 67. 39% ,of which the more severe cases were 11.49%, palpitations,memory loss and depression,accounting for 19. 57%. 65.84% of women knew about premenopausal health care, and only 39.44 % of women with symptoms went to the hospital The postmenopausal women significantly reduced after estrogen replacement therapy. Conclusion The incidence of clincal symptoms among perimenopansal women is 67. 39 %, there are mainly menstrual disorders, hectic fever, perspiration, irritability, and so on.
