2016年荆州市沙市区儿童预防接种门诊服务运行评价

摘要 目的了解儿童预防接种门诊服务的运行情况及其满意度的影响因素,以期为更好的贯彻国家计划免疫工作的有关政策规定、提高适龄儿童预防接种率提供相应的依据和建议。方法 2016年7~9月选取荆州市沙市区20个预防接种门诊的儿童家长开展问卷调查。调查内容包括儿童的人口特征、家长的人口特征、家长对预防接种门诊运行过程的评价及满意度评价。结果调查556名家长,女性占69.06%,儿童直系亲属的占82.73%,家距离预防接种门诊5km以上的占20.68%。流动接种的儿童占32.19%。接种按预约时间前来的占69.42%;接种前医生询问儿童健康状况的占87.41%,接种后告知注意事项的占90.11%,医生的话家长听不懂的占14.21%;接种时排队时间在10 min内的占80.94%;签署知情同意的占84.71%,同意书的内容会仔细看的占65.83%;接种后观留30min的占58.81%。多因素分析结果显示,预防接种服务满意度的影响因素有城乡分布、家到接种门诊的距离、接种前是否签知情同意书、是否仔细阅读同意书内容、医生是否询问孩子健康状况。结论调查对象对儿童预防接种门诊的运行状况评价比较好。 Objective To understand the operation status of children vaccination outpatient service and its influencing factors with the perspective of demand, so as to provide basis and suggestions for better implementation of relevant policies in National Immunization Program and improvement of vaccination rate of school-age children. Methods The participants were from 20 vaccination outpatient services in Jingzhou city. The survey period was from July 2016 to September 2016. The survey included children's demographic characteristics, family members" demographic characteristics, and their evaluation of operating status in children vaccination outpatient service and overall feeling. Results In the survey of 556 families,69.06~ of the participants (family members of the) were women. 82.73G of them were children's parents. 20.68% of them lived more than 5 kilometers away from vaccination outpatient service. 32. 19% of vaccinated children were floating. 69.42% of them made an appointment for vaccination outpatient service. 87.41% of doctors inquired children's health before vaccination. 90.11% of doctors notified the matters needing attention after vaccination. 14.21% of them cannot understand the doctor's words. 80.94% of the participants lined up within 10 minutes before vaccination. 84.71% of them wrote informed consent. 58.81% of them stayed for 30 minutes after vaccination. The results of multivariate analysis showed that the factors having significant influence on satisfaction were the distribution of urban and rural areas, distance between home and vaccination outpatient service, whether having written informed consent before vac cination,whether having read the the informed consent in details,and whether the doctor having inquired the health status of children. Conclusion In general,participants' evaluation of operating status in children vaccination outpatient service is good.
