基于供给侧改革的我国儿童用药安全性与可及性优化路径研究

The optimization path of safety and accessibility of pediatric drugs in China based on the supply side reform research

推进供给侧改革,是当前国家改革的着力点,了解供给侧改革政策,以此指导我国儿童用药的管理,对于提高儿童用药的安全性与可及性意义重大。本文研究了我国儿童用药的现状和存在的问题,并对儿童用药可及性与安全性差的原因进行分析。从供给侧改革角度来研究儿童用药安全性与可及性的优化路径,具体包括投入研发路径、政策保障路径、预警机制路径、模式创新路径,确保儿童用药安全可及,为保障儿童用药的有效供给提供参考。

It is of great significance to promote the supply side reform, the focus of the current state reform, in order to guide the management of pediatric drugs and improve the safety and accessibility of children＇s medication. This paper studies the current situation and existing problems of children＇s medication in China, and analyzes the reasons for the poor accessibility and safety of children. From the perspective of supply side reform to study the safety and accessibility of children＇s treatment path, including the development of research and development path, policy support path, early warning mechanism path, model innovation path to ensure the safe and accessible medication for children to protect children′s effective supply for reference.
