去铁治疗异基因造血干细胞移植后继发性移植物功能不良2例及文献复习

摘要 病例1：男,22岁。患者因确诊慢性粒-单核细胞白血病急变2个月余,拟行异基因造血干细胞移植于2015年10月入院。患者入院前1年因出现反复颜面部皮肤脓肿就诊,经骨髓穿刺检查确诊为慢性粒单细胞白血病伴多种基因突变,当时拒绝治疗。随访中白细胞（WBC）进行性升高,血小板（PLT）、
