N_2O吸入在光动力治疗尖锐湿疣术中的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨N_2O吸入在光动力治疗尖锐湿疣术中的应用效果。方法选择2016年6月~2017年6月在我院进行光动力治疗的128例尖锐湿疣患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为N_2O组(60例)和曲马多组(68例),比较两组患者术中及术后的NRS疼痛评分及药物不良反应情况。结果 N_2O组的吸入镇痛效果明显优于曲马多组(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗过程中及术后生命体征平稳,N_2O组的总体不良事件发生率为13.33%,曲马多组为11.76%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 N_2O吸入能够有效缓解光动力治疗尖锐湿疣术中的疼痛,且药物安全性高。 Objective To investigate the application effect of nitrous oxide (N2O) inhalation in photodynamic therapy for condyloma aeuminata.Methods From June 2016 to June 2017,128 patients with condyloma acuminata who were treated by photodynamic therapy in our hospital were enrolled as research objects.According to different therapeutic methods, they were divided into the N2O group (n=60) and the Tramadol group (n=68).The NRS pain scores during and after surgery,and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results In the N2O group,the analgesic effect by inhalation of N2O was greatly better than that of oral administration of the Tramadol group (P〈0.01).The vital signs were stable in the process of surgery and after surgery in both groups.The overall incidence of adverse events in the N2O group was 13.33%,and 11.76% in the Tramadol group,without a significant difference after comparison between the two groups (P〉0.05).Conclusion N2O inhalation can effectively alleviate the pain in the treatment of condyloma acuminature by photodynamic therapy in high drug safety.
