摘要
因大量单相负荷的存在,农网配电台区线路三相不平衡情况严重,同时电流畸变率较大,降低了变压器出力甚至影响安全运行。针对上述问题,提出一种用户侧智慧型电能质量综合治理装置(user-side smart power quality correct device,简称USPC),在用户侧集中治理三相不平衡,兼顾无功补偿与谐波抑制。USPC由智能协调单元控制智能电容器和有源电力电子装置协同工作,并通过合理的容量分配,实现较高的性价比。经现场示范和应用检验,论文所提设计正确有效。
Due to a large amount of single-phase load in rural area, the three-phase current unbalance problem is serious in distribution network, which influences the safety and quality. To solve it, a user-side smart power quality correct device(USPC) is proposed, which controls the three-phase unbalance and also compensate the reactive power and harmonic. By the smart unit, smart capacitor and active power quality device cooperate together. And by the optimization, a cost-effective system is realized. The scheme is validated in the industry, with an economic and effective result.
