摘要
目前,全国已普遍实施住院医师规范化培训,一系列完整的培训制度及考核标准也被制定。在统一规范化培训教学模式的背景下,应根据各地实际情况,因地制宜、灵活教学,才能培养出高质量的临床医生。文章主要阐述我科在带教规培医生的临床实践中,针对三亚地区的多种特殊性,因材施教,开展多途径学习模式,希望可以为培养综合型的医学人才提供新思路。
At present, our country has implemented the resident standardized training for many years, and a series of complete training system and evaluation standard have been formulated. To culture high- quality clinicians,we should take flexible teaching methods according to local conditions and individual situation. Sanya is a city with many special features ,the purpose of this article is to show we carried out multi-channel learning mode in the department of neurology in Hainan branch of PLA general hospital. We hope we can provide new ideas for cultivating comprehensive medical talents.
