摘要
结合管理学的相关理论,将服务质量、顾客满意度运用到MBBS项目留学生教育管理工作的实践中,借助留学生满意度调查对阻碍MBBS项目教育发展的因素进行相关性分析,了解和发现教育管理的薄弱环节,并提出明确培养目标,完善课程体系建设;加强培养,提高师资队伍国际化水平;搭建有效跨文化交际平台,丰富留学生校园文化生活;拓展渠道,提供就业支持等对策。
Combined with the relevant theories of management, this study took the service quality and customer satisfaction into tbe practice of education and management of MBBS program. Based on the survey of international students' satisfaction, the study focused to find out the weakness of education and management of MBBS program and provide some suggestions for it, which including make clear training objectives and improve the course system, strength the teachers' training and attach importance to the international perspectives of the teaching staff, build the effective cross-culture communication platform and enrich the campus cultural, expand channels to provide more employment support.
