摘要 在医院图书馆实际发展的过程中,相关部门应当重视个性化管理工作,转变传统的管理方式,打破服务模式的局限性,创建多元化的改革机制,在明确医院图书馆个性化管理重要性之后,制定完善的服务模式创新方案,逐渐提升其工作可靠性与有效性,健全相关管理机制,满足未来的发展需求,达到预期的工作目的。在一定程度上,医院图书馆需要树立创新发展的观念,对服务模式进行创新,根据读者的实际需求,创建现代化的服务机制,保证在服务期间,营造良好的工作氛围,提升自身管控水平,创建现代化的工作体系,建设高素质服务人才队伍,加大监督与管理力度,维护其长远进步。 In the course of the actual development of the hospital library, the relevant departments should pay attention to the individualized management, change the traditional management mode, break the limitation of the service mode, and create a diversified reform mechanism. After defining the importance of the personalized management of the hospital library, a perfect service mode innovation scheme is formulated, and gradually improve the reliability and effectiveness of its work, improve the relevant management mechanism, meet the future development needs, and achieve the desired purpose of work. To a certain extent, the hospital library needs to set up the concept of innovation and development and innovate the service model. In accordance with the actual needs of the readers, a modem service mechanism is created. Ensure that during the service, create a good working atmosphere, improve the level of control, and create a modem working system. We should build high quality service personnel, strengthen supervision and management, and maintain their long-term progress.
