浅谈医院基层党支部如何推进“两学一做”常态化制度化

开展"两学一做"学习教育,是面向全体党员深化党内教育的重要实践,对于提升党建工作水平以及发挥党员先锋模范作用都具有十分重要的价值,而推进"两学一做"常态化制度化则更具有根本性作用,只能加强不能削弱。文章对此进行了深入的研究和分析,在此基础上分析了医院基层党支部"两学一做"常态化制度化存在的问题,最后提出优化对策。

Carrying out ＂party building studies＂ education is an important practice for all Party members to deepen inner party education, which is of great value for improving the level of party building and giving full play to the exemplary role of party members. The institutionalization of the normalization of ＂party building studies＂ has a more fundamental role, which can only be strengthened but cannot be weakened. This article has carried on the thorough research and the analysis to this, based on this,has analyzed the hospital basic level Party branch ＂party building studies＂ normalization institutionalization existence question, finally proposed the optimization countermeasure.
