45岁以上人群体检报告结果分析与代谢综合征相关疾病的探讨

Analysis of the Results of Physical Examination Report of People Over 45 Years Old and the Discussion of Metabolic Syndrome Related Diseases

目的分析45岁以上人群的体检报告,探讨该年龄段人群代谢综合征相关疾病的发生情况。方法回顾性分析2016年5月—2017年6月我院体检中心460例45岁以上体检者的健康体检报告。结果 460例体检者检出代谢综合征61例,代谢异常疾病243例,其中血脂紊乱患病率最高,男性患病率高于女性,高血压和代谢综合征与年龄变化差异有统计学意义。结论 45岁以上人群代谢综合征相关疾病患病率较高,建议加大体检宣传力度,提高人群代谢综合征相关疾病防治意识。

Objective The physical examination reports of people over 45 years old are analyze to investigate the incidence of metabolic syndrome related diseases in this age group. Methods From May 2016 to June 2017, health examination reports of 460 patients over 45 years old in physical examination center in our hospital were retrospective analyzed. Results 61 cases of metabolic syndrome were detected in 460 cases and 243 cases of abnormal metabolic diseases were found. The prevalence rate of dyslipidemia was the highest, and the prevalence rate of male was higher than that of women. The difference of hypertension and metabolic syndrome with age was statistically significant. Conclusion The prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome related diseases is higher in people over 45 years of age. It is suggested to increase the publicity of physical examination and improve the awareness of prevention and control of diseases related to metabolic syndrome.
